Are you an organized administrative professional with accounting experience and strong QuickBooks skills? We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to join a growing team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will support the Office Manager with daily bookkeeping functions while providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Location: Troy, MI
Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (On-Site)
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Accounting Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Process invoices and enter billing information into QuickBooks
  • Enter accounts payable data accurately and efficiently
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and general office tasks
  • Assist with additional bookkeeping and office duties as assigned


Accounting Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Previous QuickBooks experience is required
  • Strong mathematical and numerical aptitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
