GradeTec is looking for a dependable Crew Lead / Working Foreman to help run our paving, grading, and dirt work crew in the Soldotna/Kenai area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can work alongside the crew, keep people moving, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing clean, professional work.
