Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee residential concrete construction projects throughout South Metro Atlanta (McDonough, Locust Grove, Jackson, Griffin, Fayetteville, Barnesville)

Ideal candidates will reside in the McDonough or Locust Grove area. Most job sites are within a 45–60 minute drive of these locations.

This individual will manage field operations across multiple active subdivisions, ensuring quality, efficiency, scheduling, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Projects include residential foundations, slabs, flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, curb work, and related site concrete scopes performed in high-volume production environments.

The ideal candidate understands how to manage multiple crews, coordinate pours, maintain builder relationships, and keep production moving across several communities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee concrete operations across multiple residential subdivisions
• Coordinate foundations, slabs, flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, and related concrete scopes
• Schedule crews, pours, inspections, and material deliveries
• Ensure all prep work, grading coordination, and materials are ready ahead of scheduled pours
• Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards daily
• Conduct jobsite walks and maintain production schedules across multiple active communities
• Work closely with builders, project managers, vendors, and field crews
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain schedule efficiency
• Order materials and coordinate with suppliers and dispatch teams
• Help maintain a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of concrete superintendent, foreman, or field leadership experience
• Strong residential concrete construction background required
• Experience with foundations, slabs, flatwork, sidewalks, and production-style residential work
• Experience managing multiple active projects, crews, or subdivisions simultaneously
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities and tight schedules
• Experience reading site plans, plot plans, and construction schedules
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Major Plus:

• Experience working directly with national or regional homebuilders
• Experience managing concrete crews across multiple subdivisions simultaneously
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills
