 NOW HIRING – Dirt Work / Grading Equipment Operators

 Winter Garden, FL
$25–$30/Hour (Based on Experience)
 Full-Time | Immediate Openings

A growing construction company in Winter Garden is hiring experienced Dirt Work/Grading Equipment Operators to join their team immediately.

If you have experience operating heavy equipment and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Operate heavy equipment for site development and earthwork projects
  • Perform grading, excavation, and dirt work
  • Read grade stakes and maintain proper elevations
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Follow all job site safety procedures
  • Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating equipment such as:
    • Dozers
    • Motor Graders
    • Excavators
    • Loaders
    • Skid Steers
