Coastal Laser Grading, LLC. is a recognized leader in Laser and 3D Fine Grading across the United States. We are looking for disciplined, hardworking Veterans and CDL holders to join our team as Heavy Equipment Operators.

We take pride in being a VA-Certified On-the-Job Training (OJT) employer. This role is perfect for someone looking to transition their military precision into a high-demand technical trade.

The Opportunity:

  • Earn While You Learn: Use your GI Bill® / Veteran Education Benefits to supplement your income during our comprehensive 6-month to 1-year "On-the-Job Training" program.
  • Competitive Compensation: Starting pay is $30.00/hour during training, with an increase after a 90-day probation period. We also offer an aggressive pay structure and significant overtime & VA supplement.
  • With overtime and VA supplement, total compensation can approach $120,000 annually.
  • Benefit Package: After probation period, healthcare, accrued personal and sick days & vacation.
