Job description

Job Description/Summary

Will operate a Gradall excavator and related heavy construction equipment to perform tasks such as excavating, grading, lifting, and placing materials for roadwork, bridge construction, utility installation, and site development. The operator will be responsible for precision digging around utilities, slope work, and material handling using the Gradall’s telescoping boom.

Performs routine maintenance on equipment including lubricating, inspecting, and cleaning to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

Must be able to safely and efficiently operate a Gradall excavator to perform fine grading, trenching, ditching, and slope work on various construction projects such as roads, parking lots, and building pads.

  • Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and blueprints
  • 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience preferred, with Gradall experience is a must
  • Must pass Drug Test/Screening and Reference Checks
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must have CDL
  • Must have clean driving record
