The Assistant Asset Manager works with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and strategies to implement best practices for the client account as well as working with the owner’s staff on the O&M and energy usage of various facilities.


• Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
• Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
• Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
• Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations.
• Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.


Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications


• Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
• 0-2 years of experience

Travel Requirements


• 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
