Overview
Susquehanna is seeking a qualified individual to join our growing Identity Management Team. This team is charged with joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes as well as other account lifecycle and group management. We are looking for a passionate and curious Security professional who wants to leave their mark on our ever-evolving program. This position is for a hybrid role with a remote work component, located in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office location.
In this role, you will:

  • Manage account and group provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise on standards, scalability, and success.
  • Automate hygiene and operational processes using scripting languages.
  • Evolve our role-based access controls.
  • Ensure policies support business needs and align with regulatory obligations.
  • Work with engineering teams with ownership over aspects of IAM to further develop systems and processes.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline required; experience can substitute for education.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • The ability to develop ideas and strategies to communicate with a diverse user base having various levels of technical proficiency and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Working familiarity of Microsoft Entra ID, Amazon Web Services IAM, Microsoft Active Directory, or similar Identity Provider (IdP).
  • Python, PowerShell, or similar programming experience
