  • Evaluate and select the best-fit third-party installation vendor based on customer location and technical requirements
  • Coordinate scheduling and serve as the primary point of contact between customers and vendor technicians during installation appointments
  • Actively monitor a portfolio of 75–100 projects per month, maintaining strict adherence to procedural timelines
  • Identify and escalate hardware, billing, or device configuration discrepancies to the Implementation Management Team or Technical Support as appropriate
  • Maintain detailed, accurate internal records and case documentation throughout every project
  • Deliver fast, precise resolutions to customer escalations with a consistent focus on satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by surfacing feedback that drives better systems, workflows, and client outcomes

What We Are Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in project-based coordination, implementation, or technical support
  • Working knowledge of 12–24VDC electrical systems with a genuine interest in software and technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, you make complex things simple and keep everyone aligned
  • A client-first mindset backed by real follow-through

What We Offer

  • Fast paced and rapidly growing environment
  • Chance to deliver mission critical data that drives the operations of our economy
