Job description

BRW Contracting, Inc. is a Central Florida full-service site development company located in Land O' Lakes. Our services Includes land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt. We have been in the market for more than 20 years offering equal job opportunities.


We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team.

The survey candidate must be proficient in field data processing and mapping, performing all aspects of survey work including construction layout, as-builts, and topographic surveys. Experience with TopCon and Trimble Machine Control or similar is a plus. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson is a plus. 


Duties and Responsibilities of the Survey Party Chief:

  • Field Layout from Control provided by Owner.
  • Assist PM and Superintendent with plan and specification interpretations.
  • Recognize changed conditions resulting from field and/or design changes.
  • Maintain project schedule, record drawings, and collect field data for as-built drawings through project close-out requirements.

The Survey Party Chief is REQUIRED to have computer literacy, surveying, robotics total station, data collectors, RTK GPS, and GPS machine control skills. Must also have a clean MVR-Company truck is provided after training period.

**Pay is negotiable depending on experience**

M-F with some Saturdays
