Job Details

Job Location: Nashville, TN 37217

This position serves as the end-to-end project owner for new distributor onboarding within NDCโ€™s GPO, NuEdge Alliance, LLC, and owns membership rostering and eligibility data as the authoritative source of truth for the program. The incumbent coordinates contract activation, roster setup, and cross functional handoffs to ensure a seamless, on time onboarding experience, while stabilizing and standardizing the onboarding, rostering, and contract lifecycle processes. This role requires working knowledge of GPO contracting and pricing structures and strong cross functional collaboration skills to manage the day-to-day operational success of NuEdge Alliance, LLC.

Essential Functions:
  • Serve as the end-to-end project owner for new distributor onboarding, from contract execution through go-live, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder handoffs across Business Development, the Membership/Roster Analyst function, and CORE.
  • Own and maintain a standardized onboarding process and timeline tracker; proactively identify manual steps, bottlenecks, or breakdowns in the current process and drive them toward resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication and escalation for onboarding status, keeping management, distributors, and internal stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Manage the workflow of contracts, agreements, and related documents through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring accurate handoff to account management/CORE once foundational onboarding is complete.
  • Research and analyze GPO contract terms and pricing structures as needed to resolve onboarding-related discrepancies or disputes, in coordination with the Membership/Roster Analyst and Business Development.
  • Conduct pre audit and roster integrity reviews for new and existing NuEdge distributors, maintaining the authoritative membership and eligibility record for the program.
  • Own membership setup and maintenance as part of the onboarding process, coordinating with the Contract Analyst to ensure roster data aligns with loaded contract terms.
  • Support distributor contract opportunity notifications (e.g., NuEdge CONNECT) with accurate, up to date roster and eligibility data.
  • Work with management to document and continuously improve the contract lifecycle process; membership setup, customer onboarding, and contract analytics, with an emphasis on repeatability and reducing rework.
  • Provide guidance across the organization on onboarding process, contract compliance, and membership requirements (e.g., price tiers, letters of participation).
  • Prioritize and manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate and organize onboarding-related meetings as required, including webinars and on-site business meetings with new distributors.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting onboarding/business review updates for GPO leadership.
  • Draft correspondence and follow-up communications related to onboarding as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health information.
Qualifications

Degrees and areas of specialization, major certificates, or licenses: Business related Degree and/or 5 years industry experience in customer service and contracting.

Number of years and kind of direct job-related experience required: Customer service, inside sales, contract administration, GPO/IDN responsibility.

Skill Requirements:
  • Demonstrated project management discipline, with the ability to build and manage structured timelines, track multiple concurrent onboarding engagements, and drive open items to closure without heavy oversight.
  • Working knowledge of GPO contracting and pricing structures, including price tiers, letters of participation, and contract compliance, sufficient to identify and troubleshoot onboarding related issues.
  • Strong process orientation. Able to identify manual or inconsistent steps in a workflow, document a standard process, and drive adoption of it across teams.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy, particularly for membership and roster integrity work.
  • Ability to manage both project timelines and ongoing data stewardship responsibilities in parallel.
  • Excellent cross functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to coordinate across internal teams (Business development, Membership/Roster, CORE) and external distributor contacts to keep onboarding moving.
  • Clear, proactive communicator, able to translate onboarding status, risks, and blockers into concise updates for both leadership and distributor facing audiences.
  • Sound business judgment and decision making under time pressure, with the ability to manage multiple contractual and onboarding activities simultaneously and document the process along the way.
  • Comfort operating in an evolving, continuous-improvement process environment. This is a role that contributes to developing structure, not just follow it.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Analytical ability to work with roster and contract data at a level sufficient to spot discrepancies and flag them, though deep data analysis is expected to sit with the Membership/Roster Analyst.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience or knowledge of GPOs and the contracting process; prior onboarding, implementation, or project management experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability for limited travel to support onboarding meetings and distributor visits as needed.
