Job description

Global Performance Group (GPG) is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our sports medicine, rehabilitation, and performance practice in Flowery Branch.

GPG works with a diverse population ranging from professional, collegiate, and high-school athletes to active adults and general-population clients. Our practice has a particular emphasis on baseball, golf, tennis, rotational athletes, orthopedic rehabilitation, and performance.

We are looking for an LMT who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment and is interested in becoming part of a growing sports medicine and performance practice.

The Role

The LMT will provide individualized massage and soft-tissue services to GPG clients while working alongside our rehabilitation and performance team.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Sports and therapeutic massage
  • Soft-tissue and recovery-focused treatment
  • Pre- and post-training treatment
  • Working with athletes during rehabilitation and return-to-sport
  • Communicating with GPG providers when appropriate to coordinate care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards
  • Developing strong relationships with GPG clients and athletes
  • Maintaining a clean, professional treatment environment
Who Weโ€™re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds an active Georgia Massage Therapy License
  • Has an interest in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and human performance
  • Is comfortable working with athletes and active individuals
  • Has strong hands-on skills and an understanding of functional anatomy
  • Communicates well with both clients and other providers
  • Is dependable, professional, and personable
  • Wants to build long-term relationships rather than simply provide one-off massage sessions
  • Is interested in growing alongside GPG

Experience working with athletes, orthopedic conditions, sports massage, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Position Structure

We are open to discussing a structure that makes sense for the right individual, including part-time, independent contractor, or a performance-based arrangement.

The goal is to find someone who wants to become a consistent part of the GPG environment while having the opportunity to grow their own client base through exposure to our existing rehabilitation and performance community.

About Global Performance Group

GPG integrates rehabilitation, sports medicine, and performance under one roof. Our team has experience working across professional baseball, PGA/ATP/WTA tennis and golf, and other professional and collegiate sports.

Our approach is highly individualized and built around collaboration between the athlete, provider, coach, and performance team.

Location: Flowery Branch, Georgia

Interested candidates should send a resume along with a brief introduction outlining their experience, availability, and interest in working within a sports medicine and performance environment.
