THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR (GPC) -T5 OBO, Position Description Number 13007962 and is part of the WI USPFO, Wisconsin National Guard.
This position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority for Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)"Qualifications:GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for the GS-1101-11 position, you must have 1-year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Experience serving as the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) for the designated Contracting Office. Able to coordinate with other Government Purchase Card (GPC) stakeholders as required to provide additional training and guidance in relation to the GPC Program. Experience providing technical direction and procurement procedures regarding GPC regulations and policy. Experience auditing GPC documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Able to prepare GPC status reports and briefings for higher authorities and other contracting personnel.Education:If you are using Education to qualify for this position, Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
