About the Role

We're looking for a Software Developer - Internal Tools who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience managing internal systems and infrastructure.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of YuJa's internal technology ecosystem. You will work across software development, cloud infrastructure, identity management, enterprise applications, and automation workflows to build tools and systems that enable our teams to operate effectively.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building internal platforms, automating repetitive processes, and working at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end: from designing a workflow to writing the code that powers it.


Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and internal applications using languages such as NodeJS, Typescript, Java.
  • Build solutions to automate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, BambooHR, Jira, Salesforce, and Freshworks.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize internal systems, applications, and infrastructure through systematic debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Manage and enhance identity and access management solutions including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and authentication workflows.
  • Build and maintain scripts, utilities, and tools used across internal teams.
  • Work with APIs, web services, and system integrations to connect business applications.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of internal infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Participate in infrastructure improvements including backup solutions, disaster recovery, security enhancements, and system optimization.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.


About You

  • 2-3 years of relevant hands-on IT administration experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience building internal automation platforms or developer tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with tools such as Git, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cybersecurity practices, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.

  • RHCSA
  • AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate)


Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
