Job Summary:
Barbaricum is a rapidly growing government contractor providing leading-edge support to federal customers, particularly in Defense and National Security. The Technical Writer II will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for government programs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
โ€ข Collect and organize technical information from subject matter experts.
โ€ข Edit and format documentation for clarity and consistency.
โ€ข Support preparation of training materials and program deliverables.
โ€ข Ensure documentation meets program and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
โ€ข Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, OR Associateโ€™s degree/technical school, OR HS/GED with 10+ years of experience or military experience (E4+).
โ€ข Experience writing and editing technical documentation.
โ€ข Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
