Job description

GTM Specialist

TheGTM Specialistownsdaytodaymarketaccessexecution for Government customers across their assigned region, with a strong emphasis onimproving pace of deal closure for the designated region.This role partners directly with sellers to move deals forward efficiently, handling the execution work that enables scale and speed.

Location: Remote based role, needs to be based in the US. Will be hiring 2 persons. Each person will Support approximatelyhalfthe country, segmented geographicallyby regional territory alignment.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a GTM Specialist, you will:

  • Serve asprimaryGTMcontact for sellers in thedesignated region. Trackandassistinclosureofalldealtypes, removing barriers halting successfulclose.
  • Liaison forcontract reviews,sellerguidanceandpricingframeworkfor Governmentdeals.
  • Driveincreased deal close rates acrossfederal andstatecontracttypes.
  • Coordinate withDeal Desk,GCOand GTM leadershiponregionalcompliancetrends,pricing strategyandensuringindustrycontracting standards.
  • Identifyingandsecuringnewprocurementopportunitiesand vehicleavenues

About You:

You're a fit for the role of GTM Specialist if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in software / SaaS / cloud / AI / technology sales to government
  • Familiarity with Federal and SLED contracting environments
  • Experience with contract negotiations, redlines, and non-standard terms
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement strategy and vehicle expansion
  • Experience improving close rates, deal cycle time, or operational scale
  • Experience in a high-growth company with evolving processes
  • Selfstarterwho takes ownership of deals from intake to execution
  • Strong sales-centricmindset with urgency around closingsales
  • Comfortable operating independently within established frameworks
  • Organized anddetailoriented, with the ability to pivot quickly aschanges arise
  • Motivated by helping sellers win complex Government deals
