Program Analyst - USARCENT G4

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location

Shaw AFB, South Carolina - on-site

Employment

Full-time | 1 anticipated position | Anticipated 12-month period of performance, subject to contract award, funding, option exercise, and Government requirements.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 0800-1630, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period; alternate schedules require approval.

Clearance

Secret clearance is required for this position. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire. Final clearance and access requirements are subject to the awarded contract and applicable Government requirements.

Position Summary

Provide G4 program analysis, action management, data integration, reporting, and decision support. Turn program, workload, readiness, schedule, and resource information into clear status products, risk visibility, and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, validate, organize, and analyze program and performance information from approved sources.

Maintain action, milestone, risk, issue, decision, and suspense trackers.

Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, briefings, meeting materials, and senior-leader decision products.

Identify trends, gaps, dependencies, and resource or schedule risks and recommend follow-up action.

Coordinate inputs across G4 functional areas and maintain configuration control of official products.

Document decisions, assignments, and completion evidence and support responses to data calls.

Contract Requirements

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance as required by the PWS. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending.

Must possess English-language proficiency sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position, prepare required reports and deliverables, and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel. Must comply with applicable workplace and installation conduct requirements.

Must use Government-furnished equipment and authorized systems for performance; unauthorized personal devices or removable media are prohibited on Government networks.

Must complete required security, cyber/IA, OPSEC, antiterrorism, iWATCH, and local training. Possible CONUS or OCONUS travel may be designated after award.

Candidate Qualifications

Unless expressly identified as a Government requirement, the qualifications below are Oryza-established competitive screening criteria and may be adjusted based on final contract and labor-category requirements.

Five or more years of DoD program analysis, management analysis, operations research, logistics analysis, or staff-action experience.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards or business-intelligence tools is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to validate data, identify trends, and communicate findings to senior leaders.

Strong writing, organization, meeting support, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, analytics, public administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
