As a Program Manager, you will support and manage complex technical programs involving various stakeholders. This role will help strengthen program execution across customer communication, documentation, meetings, subcontractor coordination, and customer expectations.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work across Integrated Product Teams and ability to influence collaboration to drive results throughout the program lifecycle: Pursuit (proposals), Design (development), and Production (sustainment).
Responsibilities
- Supports the establishment of a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations
- Serve as a communication bridge between CEC, customers, subcontractors, and internal program teams
- Support the execution of complex technical, manufacturing, and/or government programs from contract award through delivery, acceptance, and closeout
- Support coordination of program scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, customer actions, and internal execution priorities
- Develop, manage, track, and coordinate customer deliverables, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items, technical reports, plans, procedures, test documentation, status reports, and other contractually required documentation
- Maintain program schedules, action item trackers, risk registers, deliverable trackers, and customer communication logs to ensure clear ownership and timely execution
- Assist in the development of winning proposals
- Conduct program reviews and prepare written reports for management and/or customer
on status and actions necessary for the successful completion of a program
- Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and support group managers regarding their responsibilities and involvement on programs
- Support coordination with stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and partners, to ensure clear understanding of requirements, expectations, schedules, and deliverables
- Report any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid problem recurrence

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, engineering or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in Program Management, engineering coordination, manufacturing programs, defense programs, or other complex technical environments
- Strong understanding of government contract execution, including statements of work, specifications, CDRLs, customer reviews, formal deliverables, contractual milestones, and change management
- Ability to support technical teams through changing requirements, shifting priorities, customer-driven actions, and fast-paced program demands
- Experience managing Program teams and working with and building relationships with all levels of management and staff within an organization
- Managing contracts and subcontracts with various types and complexities, including military and government contracts
- Prior proposal support experience to include supporting responses to RFPs or RFIs as well as participating in cost estimating
- Demonstrates ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and customers, including government representatives
- Excellent people skills, with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare customer correspondence, meeting minutes, program reports, executive summaries, technical status updates, and management briefings
- Proven ability to organize, coordinate, and complete a manufacturing, development, or engineering program
- Ability to obtain a DoD issuec security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Navy, prime contractor, or similar defense customer programs is strongly preferred
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in data and program management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Pay may range from $110,000 to $135,000 annually.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
