Job description

The Task Order Program Manager provide daily programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to Government program managers and technical staff. These roles help maintain schedules, support program documentation, analyze program data, coordinate across stakeholder groups, and ensure the timely delivery of required program artifacts in support of OUSW (R&E). This position is pending contract award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities : * Provide daily program management and analytical support to Government leads * Maintain schedules, trackers, and program management artifacts * Assist in preparing briefings, reports, and documentation packages * Collect and analyze program data, including cost, schedule, and performance indicators * Support meeting preparation, coordination, and minutes * Conduct records management and maintain organized program documentation * Coordinate program activities with Government and industry partners * Lead small teams, support senior leadership, and develop higher level program products
