A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience. 5 years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. PM Certification from an accredited university, or a DAWIA certification in PM, can substitute for a PMP.
Perform technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
Perform high level program management duties.
Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.

Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
