About theProgram Manager- AMD:
MarketStar is seeking a Program Manager. In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and makea big impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders toidentify, enhance, and scale best practices. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, and planning/project management skills. Additionally, this candidate must be an aggressive and effective collaborator as they act as a liaison between sales and many other internal organizations to obtain anddisseminateknowledge.

Location:US - Remote

What will you do?

  • Management of corporate operations projects, ad hoc program support needs, and strategic initiatives

  • Utilizationof standard program management methods to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects

  • Documentation of project plans and other standard project artifacts

  • Collaboration with internal support organizations and program leaders to create business efficiencies

  • Interface with clients indeterminingproject scope, requirements, and project status reporting

  • Ability to organize resources for solving of complex problems

  • Management and coordination of assigned resources

  • Support program leaders and associated internal support teams through partnership on deployment of sales technology

  • Partner with Sales Leadership toidentifyand enhance processes, systems, and frameworks,

  • Coordinate with dedicated sales operations and enablement resources to build division-wide best practices.

  • Evaluate and guide key priorities using observation, analysis, and best practices

  • Establish operational excellence by engaging, assessing, planning, andexecuting onkey initiatives outlined andestablishedby operations and enablement org, program management, and Senior Leadership.

  • Gather, develop, and rollout attainment and execution trends and best practices

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively toMarketStarleadership, including Executive leadership, andMarketStarclient contacts.

  • Collaborate withMarketStarsupport teams to provide effective, efficient, and cohesive solutions to business problems.

  • Effectivelyidentifyingand focusing on strategic projects while communication expectations to stakeholders.

  • Methodical, analytical, and comprehensive when approaching problems and proposing actionable solutions.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Strong experience in sales discipline

  • Working knowledge of CRMs *(i.e.Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and associated reporting

  • Working knowledge of MS Office components

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to drive results with little oversight and ability todemonstrateinitiative

  • Mustdemonstrateconsistent follow-through and communication efforts with all stakeholder interactions

  • Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support or operations role

  • Ability to multitask and successfullyoperatein a fast paced, team environment

  • Passion for process optimization, research & content strategy, playbookcreationand messaging improvement

  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills

Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00USD

The salary for this positionis $90,000.00 annually. Thispaystructure may also include a variable bonuscomponentof $10,000.00 annually.
