The Role:

The ERG Program Manager is a critical part of theCorporate CitizenshipTeam. This team member will manage a portfolio ofEmployee Resource Groupsand their initiativestodrivegrowth,successandbusiness goals.Align andcollaborate cross functionally to integrate ERG initiatives intothebroader organizational strategies.ERG program managerswill ensure our ERGs are viewed as key drivers of oureffortand GM culture.

A successful candidate will have the ability to nurture / build productive relationships between ERG leaders, their networks, and Executive Champions.The ERG Program Manager willbe accountableformeasuring, reporting andshaping ERG initiatives within their portfolio and willlook across the ERG landscape,toinnovate, define new processesand drive adoption forbest practices,bycreating change management strategies tailored for their ERG portfolio, advocating for use oftools and processes withthe full ERG portfolioto drive efficiencies and supportforthe intersectionality that we all experience. This role will beaccountablefordefining project plans, providing status updates,day-to-day oversightfortheirassigned ERGs including budget management, contract negotiations, when applicable,and general ERG support.

Responsibilities Include:

  • LeadERGs in the development of their annual business plans and ensure strategic alignment toglobalstrategy

  • Develop and implement governancefor the ERGs toalgin with company goals, values, andbusiness impact

  • Create Cultural strategy with ERG, paired with a capacity planand guide workacross teams

  • Plan and forecast budget, including reporting back on actuals with their ERGs

  • Facilitatethe development of ERG communications strategy, communications with leadership,and handle outside agency/consultants, as needed,to deliver on key initiativesforyour ERG Portfolio

  • Track and measure the impactand effectivenessof ERG initiatives

  • Manage project plans within the portfolio, based on agilemethodology.

  • Prioritize and execute process changeson keyopportunities and streamline ERG practicesand procedures

  • Partneracross the enterpriseto integrate ERG initiatives into business guidance/policy and practices

Must be able todemonstrate

  • Stakeholder Orientation:ability to prioritize the needs of stakeholders and foster custom relationships orexperiencesto ensure satisfaction with our products, services, or solutions

  • Problem Solving:Utilizeresources and various inputs in decision making, deal with disputes in balanced ways, consistently look for process improvements, and practiceshigh judgement, specifically related to problem solving

  • Workload Management:Manage multiple tasks or projectsin a timely mannerby prioritizing the most critical needs of the business without sacrificing work quality

  • Influencing: Has the ability to lead with influence, respectfully speaks up when sharingnew ideasor concerns, can maneuver complex political situations, and encourages collaborative communication to drive compromise

  • Evaluate & Measure Impact: Ability to use data to drive meaningful initiatives with global impact. Demonstrate high judgement with the capability to assess current state (environment, emotional, social, political, etc.) anddeterminethe right course of action

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degreewith emphasis on organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related filed

  • 5+ years of professional experience

  • MS Office Suite proficient

  • Strong project managementandchange managementorganizationalskills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and communicate expectations to stakeholders
