Description
Position Summary
SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Task Order Manager in the planning, execution, and reporting of fixed site programs, and to provide Future Weapons Systems (FWS) program support. Working under the Task Order Manager, the Program Analyst is responsible for action tracking, status reporting, and program metrics that keep the Government apprised of program status.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Organize, review, and manage action items within the action-tracking database.
โ€ข Populate and monitor reports; assist in the production of PMR briefs and weekly and monthly status reports.
โ€ข Track and report cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
โ€ข Upload deliverables and status updates to the program SharePoint site.
โ€ข Support program-level documentation reviews and provide recommendations to the Government.
โ€ข Support preparation of Monthly Status Report content.
โ€ข Support FWS program management: plan and monitor FWS program tasks, manage FWS action items, and provide C-sUAS SME coordination support to PdM FWS efforts.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Fifteen (15) or more years of program or financial analysis support experience.
โ€ข Experience supporting DoD program reporting and status tracking.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and SharePoint skills.
Preferred Skills
โ€ข Prior PM GBAD, MARCORSYSCOM, or PEO Land Systems experience.
โ€ข Familiarity with DoD CDRL processes.
โ€ข Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred.
Education
โ€ข Bachelor's degree required.
โ€ข Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus.
Working Conditions
โ€ข Standard office environment at the contractor facility within 15 miles of MARCORSYSCOM Headquarters, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA; unclassified telework authorized via approved VPN at Government discretion.
โ€ข CONUS and OCONUS travel as required, approved in advance by the Government; personnel must be able to travel to any CONUS/OCONUS DoD or contractor facility within 24 hours of notification (representative locations: Quantico, San Diego, Los Angeles, Midland, Okinawa). OCONUS travel may require a SPOT Letter of Authorization.
โ€ข Work is conducted within an ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System.
โ€ข Performance requires support of a facility operating with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance at the start of performance. Candidates must be eligible to receive and use a Common Access Card (CAC). Classified handling responsibilities are executed in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDI 5200.01, and the applicable DD-254. At the Government's discretion, certain personnel may require access up to TOP SECRET, Foreign Government Information, NATO, and ACCM material.
