Technical Procurement Specialist responsible for development, negotiating, interpreting and overseeing the execution of legal procurement documents for securing information technology services and products.

Must possess excellent writing skills along with the ability to independently gather, organize, summarize and analyze data within set time frames. Must possess excellent customer service by establishing effective working relationships with technical and business resources along with the vendor community.

Extensive procurement experience preferably in a government environment.
