Transportation Equipment/Vehicle Dispatcher and Commercial Line-Haul Coordinator The Ascendancy Group’s Mission To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions.  Overview As a TAG Transportation Equipment/Vehicle Dispatcher and Commercial Line-Haul Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring the dispatch, return and maintenance schedules of all vehicles, and equipment assigned to Logistics Support Unit and the scheduling of Commercial Line-Hauls (TAC code) when Military assets are unavailable.  * This position is contingent on contract award * Security Requirement: * Must possess a SECRET security clearance.
Roles and Responsibilities: * Schedules and dispatches "C" Pool Civil Engineering Support Equipment and Material Handling Equipment for short term loans to NSW East coast commands.
* Re-issues “B” assigned CESE and MHE for re-occurring loans.
* Tracks CESE and MHE for late returns and notify customer of status.
* Maintains a key locker with all keys assigned to the motor pool.
* Monitors the Preventative Maintenance schedule and notify customers in advance of maintenance requirements.
* Maintains equipment status board to accurately display equipment readiness.
* Receives emergency break-down notifications and relay information to chain of command for action.
* Submit TAC codes for commercial Line-Hauls utilizing the Global Freight Management (GFM) system.
Requirements: * Minimum of one year dispatch operations experience.
* Experience/Knowledge with Fleet Focus Vehicle Fleet Management (FF) system.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
* Be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
* Possess a valid state driver’s license.
