SRL Total Source, LLC is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technicians to support Offices throughout Ohio. This position services federal facilities and requires individuals who are reliable, professional and able to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest cleaning standards.

Janitorial Services Technician

Locations: Celina, Ohio

Employment Type: Part-Time:  Monday to Friday (3 days a week) between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Pay: Between $20.55 to $24.55

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning services including:

  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Sweep, damp mop, and clean hard surface floors
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms
  • Restock restroom supplies
  • Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, vents, and windowsills
  • Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces
  • Spot clean doors and high-touch surfaces
  • Wash trash receptacles
  • De-scale toilets and urinals
  • Clean drinking fountains
  • Maintain entrance walk-off mats
  • Clean HVAC vents and returns
  • Replace burned-out light bulbs when required

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous commercial, office, medical, or government janitorial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent reliability and attendance
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to safely use commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Because this position supports federal facilities, selected candidates must:

  • Successfully pass a criminal background investigation prior to beginning work
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
  • Present government-issued photo identification
  • Be able to work in federally controlled facilities
  • Registered sex offenders are not eligible for employment in these locations.
