Janitorial Technician โ€“ Secure Government Office (Riverside)

OPS212, LLC is currently accepting applications for a Janitorial Technician assigned to one of our secure government client facilities in Riverside, California.
This position is with OPS212, LLC, a commercial janitorial contractor providing facility support services under government service contracts. This is not a State of California employment position.

โ€ข Mondayโ€“Friday
โ€ข Approximately 2:00 PM โ€“ 3:00 PM (1-hour daily service window)
โ€ข Schedule may vary slightly based on client operational needs.

Requirements
โ€ข Must be authorized to work in the United States.
โ€ข Must be able to consistently report to work Monday through Friday.
โ€ข Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
โ€ข Must be punctual and capable of completing all assigned duties within a limited daily service window.
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform routine janitorial duties, including standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods.
โ€ข Previous commercial janitorial experience is preferred but not requiredโ€”we will train the right candidate.
โ€ข Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any background screening or security requirements applicable to this client facility and in accordance with applicable California law.
โ€ข Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and respect while working in a secure government environment.
About This Assignment
This assignment services a secure government office with controlled access and strict security procedures. Employees must follow all client security protocols, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and work efficiently within a limited daily cleaning window.
Employees are hired and employed solely by OPS212, LLC. They are not employees of the State of California or any government agency. Work assignments may change based on company operational needs and contract requirements.
