Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly motivated and creative Email Marketing Administrator to join our team and help us further our mission of promoting freedom, free markets, and limited government. In this role, you will work closely with our Email Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with our mission and drive engagement;
  • Create visually appealing email templates that capture attention and align with our brand;
  • Assist in the segmentation and management of email lists based on user behavior and demographics;
  • Support A/B testing and optimization efforts to maximize campaign effectiveness;
  • Monitor email performance metrics;
  • Pull and distribute performance reports (deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribe rates) on a regular cadence and as needed;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a related role;
  • Familiarity with our brand and mission;
  • Knowledge of TPUSA's media presence, and proficiency with social media platforms;
  • Analytical mind and innovative spirit;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Passion for conservative ideals and principles;
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative;
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned;
  • Receives feedback constructively to improve performance;
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner;
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs;
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
