Base Salary Range: $100,000 + , commensurate with experience
Markets Served: Phoenix, AZ • Colorado • Irvine, CA • Sacramento, CA • Portland, OR
Travel Required: Up to 50% across assigned markets
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within our construction division across five dynamic markets: Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs/Denver, CO; Irvine, CA; Sacramento, CA; and Portland, OR. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strategic client relationships, and drive revenue through targeted market development. You will serve as a key liaison between our construction operations team and prospective clients, positioning the company as the preferred partner for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across the Southwest, Mountain, and Pacific Northwest regions.

This role covers five high-growth construction markets. The BDM is expected to develop deep local knowledge and relationships within each:
Phoenix, AZ
