The Opportunity

You will step into a key leadership role as the Super Bowl quarterback of our service department, driving technical excellence and team culture. This position offers you the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a tight-knit country dealership backed by 43 years of local success. You will escape the corporate atmosphere while leading shop operations with complete personal integrity in a beautiful South Central location.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead repair, maintenance, and diagnostic workflows for Ford and other vehicles.
  • Direct daily shop activities with absolute honesty, serving as the lead technical anchor for the service department.
  • Mentor junior technicians to foster strong team chemistry and raise technical standards across the shop.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and powertrain issues on specialized equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with service management to streamline job scheduling, parts procurement, and workflow efficiency.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols while maintaining top-tier quality control on every job.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing.
  • Active Ford Certification and specialized manufacturer training credentials.
  • Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities rooted in personal character, transparency, and professional integrity.
  • Position is 100% onsite in Reedsburg, WI.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading service shop operations or managing technician workflows in a dealership setting.
  • Extensive technical knowledge across civil construction, industrial, and agricultural machinery.
  • Advanced safety training certifications including OSHA, fall protection, or lift operations.
