How You’ll Contribute 

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Growth & Risk Advisory Manager to support the continued growth of our Risk Advisory practice. This role combines client service, engagement leadership, team management, business development, and technology enablement. You’ll work closely with the segment leader, and other practice leaders to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help develop practical, technology-enabled solutions. 

  • Manage successful internal audit, SOX, ERM, finance, and risk governance engagements from planning through completion  
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor by maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service  
  • Manage, coach, and develop Seniors, Staff, and contractors working in-office, remotely, and internationally  
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and engagement quality  
  • Create action-oriented account plans and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business  
  • Support proposals, presentations, networking activities, conferences, and other practice growth initiatives  
  • Participate in the firm’s business development and origination program, including eligible origination incentives based on collected fees  
  • Contribute ideas for AI-enabled tools, GRC solutions, and other technology improvements that enhance client delivery and practice operations  
  • Travel a minimum of approximately 25% based on client and business development needs  

Requirements

What Skills You’ll Bring 

  • 4+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk management, finance, governance, and/or related advisory services  
  • Experience managing client engagements, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously  
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing team members across different locations and working environments  
  • Strong client service, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills  
  • Experience supporting business development, account growth, proposals, or sales initiatives  
  • Familiarity with AI and technology-enabled solutions within audit, risk, finance, and professional services  
  • Ability to plan and execute professional events, conferences, and client-facing initiatives 
  • Working knowledge of GRC platforms, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fieldguide, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools; prior experience with every platform is not required  
  • At least one relevant certification, such as CIA, CISA, CPA, and/or an AI- or growth-related certification

  • Experience supporting IPO readiness, public-company compliance, or pre-IPO organizations  
  • Spanish-language preferred 
  • Experience developing or implementing AI-enabled tools for audit, risk, compliance, or finance teams with tools like Claude Code, Codex, and beyond 
  • Established professional network and demonstrated ability to originate and expand client relationships
