Program & Project Delivery Excellence Competencies: Planning & Execution, Risk Management, Delivery Operations

Manage day‑to‑day coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives, ensuring clear scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Produce consolidated status updates for all programs and support governance forums • Maintain high‑quality documentation across programs including RAID logs, action trackers, program plans, and governance records.


2. Requirements Definition & Business Analysis Competencies: Requirements Engineering, Analytical Thinking, Process Design

Lead requirements gathering for enhancements, new capabilities, workflows, reporting, and harmonized processes across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center.
