Position Summary:

Position Overview

• We are seeking a Hospitality Applications Analyst to support critical hotel and hospitality technology platforms within a fast-paced operational environment.

• This position will provide application support, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and operational support for hospitality-related systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality technology experience and a proven ability to support business-critical applications.

• Candidates with experience supporting hospitality operations within hotels, resorts, casinos, or large hospitality organizations are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for hospitality applications and business systems.

• Investigate and resolve production issues, incidents, and user-reported problems.

• Manage and track support tickets through ServiceNow.

• Support application upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations.

• Work closely with business users, vendors, and technology teams.

• Troubleshoot system integrations and application performance issues.

• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.

• Maintain system documentation and support procedures.

• Ensure high levels of application availability and operational support.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting hospitality or hotel technology applications.

• Strong application support and troubleshooting background.

• Experience working within IT support or application operations environments.

• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to support multiple priorities in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms:

• LMS

• Infogenesis POS

• VisionLine

• BarTech

Additional experience with:

• IBM iSeries / AS400 environments

• Hotel Management Systems

• Property Management Systems (PMS)

• Hospitality Point-of-Sale Systems

• Casino Hospitality Operations

• Industry Experience Preferred

Candidates with experience supporting technology environments within:

• Hotels

• Resorts

• Casino Resorts

• Hospitality Organizations will be highly preferred.
