Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for architecting, transforming, and modernizing the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Information Security, and security operations capabilities through enterprise automation, artificial intelligence (AI) enablement, advanced analytics, reporting architecture, and digital transformation initiatives. Serving as the Tribe's lead Security Transformation Architect, the incumbent develops strategic technology roadmaps, future-state operating models, automation architectures, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance organizational resilience, operational effectiveness, and security program maturity. The role combines advanced GRC expertise, enterprise architecture principles, automation engineering, AI governance, data analytics, and business transformation methodologies. The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing scalable technology-enabled solutions that improve governance, risk management, compliance operations, security effectiveness, and enterprise decision-making capabilities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, governance, risk management, compliance, digital transformation, automation engineering, analytics, or related discipline is required. Experience supporting GRC programs, third-party risk management, compliance initiatives, security operations, or technology transformation projects is preferred. Experience implementing automation, reporting, analytics, workflow improvement, or AI-enabled initiatives is preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA) or equivalent are strongly preferred. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and vulnerability management. Experience with GRC platforms, workflow systems, reporting technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled technologies is preferred. Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, automation programs, security modernization efforts, technology architecture projects, or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives is strongly preferred. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Must be able to pass a background check. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
