Job Description
• Act as the primary focal point between the central transfer organization and the internal engineering/manufacturing team for multiple site exit and transition programs.
• Represent the internal team in transfer governance meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Gather and consolidate requirements from transfer teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate data, technical inputs, and responses.
• Understand end-customer and business requirements and effectively communicate them to transfer execution teams.
• Develop and support a structured communication plan to share transfer progress and updates with external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular interactions, reviews, and collaboration between internal teams and transfer organization to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure clear information flow, issue resolution, and alignment across cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Support execution of industrial transfer activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Represents SED Rockford team in Transfer Factory governance
• Gather all needs from Transfer Factory and work with SED Rockford team to provide datas and answers to the transfer teams
• Understand the SED Rockford customer requirements and share them with transfer teams
• Build and support communication plan to communicate transfer plan with external customers
• Facilitate the exchanges and communication between SED Rockford Team and Transfer Factory
• Starting date : ASAP
