Your responsibilities include overseeing data validation and stewardship processes, managing complex data records, and supporting strategic reporting and data quality initiatives. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of governance control tools and reporting dashboards
  • Resolve complex data integrity issues and drive cleansing initiatives
  • Provide strategic recommendations for master data design and process improvements
  • Mentor junior analysts and support enterprise-wide data governance training
  • Oversee reporting cycles and ensure data accuracy across all systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management required
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and enterprise systems (SAP, Snowflake, Dayforce)
  • Experience in cloud data environments and metadata management preferred
