As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with our organization, you will:

• Manage your schedule to accommodate a range of client hours, from 5 hours a week to a full caseload of over 40 hours, providing flexibility that suits your lifestyle.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our screening process ensures that clients are stable and present with low acuity needs, allowing you to focus your therapeutic skills where they are most effective. To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• No disciplinary actions on your license, reflecting professionalism and ethical practice.
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with clients and collaboration with team members.

While not mandatory, candidates will be favored who have:
