• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to understand clients' individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, offering support and intervention tailored to each client's specific circumstances and goals.
• Establish collaborative and therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and making adjustments as necessary to maximize treatment efficacy.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to geographical or logistical constraints.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and relevant regulations, reinforcing our commitment to professionalism and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay current with emerging best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clientele includes diverse demographics, allowing you to apply your skills in various contexts and adapt approaches to meet the culturally specific needs of different populations.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, although a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building trusting relationships with clients, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality client care.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy is preferred, with exposure to various treatment modalities.
• Experience with teletherapy and remote client management is advantageous, given our focus on delivering virtual services.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
