What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing short-term client requests, long-term projects, and high priority production issues.
  • Breaking down initiatives into work streams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication of project statuses and risks.
  • Apply technical background to engage with cross-functional team members' current and emerging needs, ensuring scope, responsibilities, and ownership are well-established, risks are proactively identified and mitigated and that projects are executed and landed successfully.
  • Serve as a functional expert; maintaining overall design integrity of ERP processes and systems.
  • Support numerous applications utilized by customers in all business areas, including but not limited to NetSuite ERP, Celigo Integration, Seller Central, and Business Intelligence System.
  • Work with business users and third-party developers to design, develop, test and enhance application solutions and procedures.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, triaging, and prioritizing technical issues that arise.
  • Support management of vendor and consultant relationships to optimize and drive efficiency in our systems.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as - Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or Business Analytics is required.
  • 4+ years of Business/System Analyst or Technical Project management experience; previous experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Experience working in an ERP system is required; previous experience in NetSuite is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of IT infrastructure, software integrations, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition a plus.
  • Experience interfacing with relational database systems; working SQL syntax knowledge or experience, a plus.
