Job description

Assists in developing gaming customers, maintains rapport and hosts current players and provides them with special amenities. 

With 2,500 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites showcasing some of the best views in town, Planet Hollywood encompasses more than 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, various restaurants including Gordon Ramsay BurGR.
  • Minimum 2-year Associate's college degree
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in gaming, marketing or public relations
  • Customer service and telemarketing experience required
  • Literacy and fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction
  • Must possess strong relationship building skills and demonstrate the ability to influence at all levels
  • Must be able to work flexible hours. 
  • Must be able to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances. 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidence regarding all information concerning Caesars Entertainment
