Votre role en tant qu'ingenieur stress - Tolerance aux dommages sera d'analyser la tolerance aux dommages des elements structuraux principaux (PSE).

LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR

       Effectuer des analyses de tolerance aux dommages sur des elements structuraux principaux (PSE)

       Apporter des recommandations sur des concepts de designs et de reparation de structures d'aeronefs

       Developper des spectres de fatigue

       Effectuer des validations d'analyses de tolerance aux dommages avec des resultats experimentaux

       Supporter le developpement du manuel de maintenance en collaboration avec les groupes de publications techniques et d'ingenierie de maintenance.

       Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, assurer le respect de la methodologie et des exigences techniques du programme

       Reviser des rapports et analyses de fournisseurs

       Preparer des rapports de certification

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

       Conduct damage tolerance analyses on primary structural elements (PSE)

       Provide recommendations on aircraft structural design and repair concepts

       Develop fatigue spectra

       Validate damage tolerance analyses against experimental results

       Support the development of the maintenance manual in collaboration with the technical publications and maintenance engineering groups

       Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with program methodology and technical requirements

       Review supplier reports and analyses

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE

       Titulaire d'un baccalaureat en ingenierie mecanique ou aeronautique

       Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience en analyse de contraintes de structures aeronautiques metalliques, avec une specialisation en fatigue et tolerance aux dommages (DTD)

       Maitrise des logiciels NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, ainsi que de la suite MS Office et Google Workspace

       Une experience sur un programme de developpement ou en support en service d'un aeronef, incluant les activites de certification, constitue un atout

       Des connaissances en techniques d'inspection non destructives (NDT) sont considerees comme un atout

       Sens des responsabilites developpe, integrite et fort esprit d'equipe

       Excellentes competences en communication

       Capacite a lire et a communiquer en francais et en anglais

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS

       Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering

       Minimum of five (5) years of experience in stress analysis of metal aircraft structures, with a specialization in fatigue and damage tolerance design (DTD)

       Proficiency in NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, as well as the MS Office suite and Google Workspace

       Experience in an aircraft development program or in-service support, including certification activities, is a plus

       Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is considered a plus

       Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and strong team spirit

       Excellent communication skills

       Ability to read and communicate in French and English
