The Corporate Systems team focuses on maintaining secure, reliable systems that support employees across the company. This team works closely with Security, IT, and Engineering partners to manage identity systems, endpoint devices, and cloud infrastructure. The goal is to ensure systems are scalable, dependable, and prepared to address evolving security risks.

As an Application Engineer, you will manage and improve systems that support identity, device management, and cloud infrastructure. You will build automation to streamline account and device lifecycle processes, respond to technical issues, and contribute to engineering standards through code reviews and documentation. You will also use AI-assisted tools to enhance development workflows and improve efficiency.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  • You manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace to maintain secure and reliable operations
  • You design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality and efficiency
  • You develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes
  • You support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations
What you bring
  • You have experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer, typically with 5+ years in similar environments
  • You have hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools
  • You are familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini
  • You have experience coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
  • You approach problems methodically, work well independently or with others, and focus on improving employee-facing systems

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$161,500 - $190,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$141,950 - $167,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$125,800 - $148,000 USD
