Role Summary
We are seeking a Google Workspace Systems Engineer to play a key hands-on role in our enterprise migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
In this role, you will work directly with senior architects and external integration teams to configure, test, and execute technical migration workflows across a 150k+ user environment. You will be responsible for building migration pipelines, configuring security policies, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user transition.

Direct involvement in cloud-to-cloud data migrations (specifically Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace).
Technical proficiency with Identity Management (Entra ID/Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity, SSO, and provisioning protocols like SCIM).
Comfortable using Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or GAM (Google Apps Manager) for automation and batch management.
Strong troubleshooting skills across mail flow, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), identity sync, and access permissions
