CRM Administrator / IT AnalystOverview

We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Administrator to serve as the primary owner of our CRM platform and business systems. This role will be responsible for CRM administration, reporting and analytics, user support, onboarding, process improvement, and systems optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong CRM administration experience, a solid understanding of sales operations, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational efficiency. This individual will act as the organization's subject matter expert for CRM and business systems while helping shape future automation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the company's CRM platform (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Configure workflows, automation, user permissions, security settings, and system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with sales leadership, operations, and executive stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Support CRM users through training, onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
  • Manage Google Workspace administration, including user access and security management
  • Lead CRM improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency across the organization
  • Evaluate and support AI and automation opportunities within business processes
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for CRM and business systems
Required Qualifications
  • Experience administering CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM
  • Salesforce Administration experience is highly transferable
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, sales pipelines, and opportunity management
  • Experience creating and optimizing CRM workflows and automations
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience gathering requirements and implementing process improvements
  • Google Workspace administration experience
  • Project management experience with the ability to independently drive initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Zoho CRM implementation experience
  • SQL and database experience
  • Deluge scripting experience
  • Salesforce Visualforce and/or Apex exposure
  • Process automation experience
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Apple/Mac administration experience
  • QuickBooks experience

Pay and Benefits
