Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Complex Warden and Unit Managers at ASPC-Winslow.
This position is responsible for managing daily operations of the Warden's Office, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating administrative functions. The role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a secure correctional environment.
Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the Complex Warden's Office, including correspondence, visitors, phone calls, and special projects
- Maintain the Warden's calendar and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Attend meetings, record, and transcribe minutes
- Prepare reports, memos, and a wide variety of correspondence
- Collect, research, and compile data for reports and special projects
- Maintain confidential administrative, inmate, and staff records in accordance with retention schedules
- Support administrative staff; serve as backup when needed
- Retrieve and distribute mail and prepare records for archiving
- Drive on State business as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
