Required Experience : * Demonstrated knowledge of design thinking, user interface, and web design principles. * Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, and Google Sites. * Demonstrated ability to effectively write, review, and edit content. * Demonstrated knowledge of responsive web design, interface usability guidelines, information architecture, Section 508 accessibility, SCORM, and integration of media into web-based training applications. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients. * Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional production teams (e.g., graphic artists, web developers, and content editors). * Demonstrated ability to work independently - including developing timelines, managing own work, and managing communications with all stakeholders. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). * Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. * Knowledge/awareness of different training media/modalities, including eLearning courses, mobile learning, simulations, microlearning, ePublishing, blended learning/flipped classroom, and games. * Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. * Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. * Ability to understand desired results for the site's users and clearly communicate how to best achieve results given the constraints present. * Understanding of digital marketing and social media. * Ability to communicate design rationale in concise, plain-language terms.
