Job Description

DaBrian Marketing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and helping us exceed our monthly goal of 10+ booked appointments. You'll leverage tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, Google Voice, and LinkedIn to find and connect with high-potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book qualified sales appointments via Apollo.io, HubSpot, and Google Voice.

  • Make cold and warm sales calls to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of our SEO solutions and digital marketing services.

  • Use LinkedIn, SEMRush Lead Finder, and internal tools to identify, research, and qualify new leads.

  • Ensure all client details are accurately captured and provided to the sales/marketing team ahead of appointments.

  • Maintain and update prospect and client data on Apollo.io and HubSpot.

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including number of calls, emails, and appointments booked.

  • Deliver a professional, neutral-accented, and persuasive communication style across all touchpoints.

  • Conduct outreach to the US market with a strong understanding of regional business nuances.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience in SAAS or Digital Marketing environments.

  • Proven ability to sell or promote SEO, Local SEO, and related Digital Marketing solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Voice, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and SEMRush Lead Finder is a strong plus.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
