Salary: $40,000 - 50,000K/year with an unlimited commission plan + bonus program

Schedule: Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Post job descriptions online.
  • Build applicant and candidate pipelines through various recruiting tools.
  • Maintain consistent rapport and regular touch points with placed consultants.
  • Perform phone screens and candidate assessments.
  • Recommend potential candidates to hiring manager(s) for further consideration.
  • Determine and define necessary applicant experience requirements by studying job descriptions and listed Job/experience qualifications required.
  • Maintain quality and lasting relationships with past candidates.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment on hourly positions.
  • Driven, Self-Starter mentality with with both Internal and External Competitive nature.
  • Familiarity within the Property Management workforce preferred.
  • Experience with phone and online meeting platforms – Microsoft: Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Google Voice.
  • Professionalism, organizational, time management, and strong prioritization and communication skills.
  • Proven experience assessing talent relative to desired qualifications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate job opportunities, client/company and related benefits.
  • Experience creating and defining candidate search and sourcing criteria for recruiting efforts.
  • Experience working within/utilizing various job boards and career websites/platforms for recruiting – Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, LinkedIn and other tools as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruiting in high volume and fast paced working environments with quick turnaround times of less than 24 hours.
  • At least 1 years’ experience with the following programs: Microsoft: Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Google Voice.
  • At least 1 years’ experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Crelate experience is not required, but highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of property management within leasing, assistant property manager, property manager, compliance, and maintenance roles within multi-family housing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
