Ultimate Autographs, a leading sports memorabilia company, is looking for a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team!
Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Sports Memorabilia & Collectibles industry. The ideal candidate is authentic, dependable, detail-orientated and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
The Opportunity:
The Shipping & Receiving Associate will support the day-to-day operations of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming products, assisting with product intake, preparing outgoing shipments, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
This position works collaboratively across multiple departments and supports operational efficiency while helping maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Unpack shipments of sports memorabilia products, and inspect items for damage, authenticity certification, and accuracy.
  • Verify received products against invoices to ensure shipment accuracy.
  • Assist with product check-in procedures and labeling as directed by the Inventory Manager.
  • Support order fulfillment by organizing shipments, assembling boxes and creating shipping labels to meet company deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts, when needed.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Pick up office or warehouse supplies from local stores, when needed.
  • Assist with other duties, which may include assembling Mystery Boxes and other production-related tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • General knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate email, Slack, shipping software and Shopify.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of shipping experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of receiving experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of professional sports teams and athletes preferred.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs. when handling product and supplies.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is a plus
Note: This Shipping & Receiving role does NOT involve operating forklifts as a primary job function. The position focuses on receiving, inspecting, processing, and shipping merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
Schedule:
  • Location: In-Office, located in Burr Ridge, IL
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm with a 30 minute meal break
  • Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Availability for additional hours, as needed
