Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategy & advertising campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging social media platforms to connect with target audiences, drive engagement, and achieve measurable business growth.
As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator in social media & advertising, you will use market research, consumer insights, and key performance data to participate in creating effective strategies and campaigns. You will also be responsible for coordinating with a team of associates and interns to ensure smooth campaign execution and skill development. In this role, you will track campaign performance, analyze ROI and KPIs, create a social media calendar of events and promotions, collaborate with the design team to create attractive and aesthetically pleasing advertising materials, and ensure that advertising strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media posts and advertising across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Be part of a team of marketing associates and interns to ensure efficient campaign execution and professional development.
  • Administer a detailed social media calendar that aligns with upcoming events, promotions, and content strategies, ensuring all campaigns are timely and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to create attractive, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand advertising materials for social media campaigns, ensuring visual appeal and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and insights into consumer behaviors and trends across social platforms, leveraging data to shape campaign strategies.
  • Analyze consumer data (e.g., web traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports analyzing campaign results, sales metrics, conversion rates, and other KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of promotional events and campaigns that align with social media & advertising objectives, driving engagement and business growth.
  • Monitor competitors' social media strategies and campaigns to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and strategic advantage.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of marketing metrics, social media performance, and past campaign results for future reference.
  • Prepare forecasting reports on sales and social media ad performance to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Provide feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Requirements & Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media advertising
  • Familiar with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, etc.), with understanding of ad setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Working knowledge in SEO/SEM strategies and familiarity with advanced web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights tools) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights, strategies, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented, results-driven approach.
